Our Manufacturing Network
See how the Shenzhen headquarters connects your project with three specialist factories for CNC parts, stamping die components and injection mold components.
Three Factories, Defined Roles
Your project begins with the component’s function.
Our manufacturing structure combines a Shenzhen headquarters with three specialist factories: CNC machining, stamping die components and injection mold components.
The selected route should match your drawing, material condition and acceptance requirements.
| Site | Role | Relationship | Address |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shenzhen headquarters | Project communication and business coordination | Shenzhen Worldline Technology Co.,Ltd. | 533 Xinghe Building, No. 100 Zhongxin Road, Shangxing Community, Xinqiao Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China |
| CNC machining factory | Machined assembly components | [To be confirmed] | [To be confirmed] |
| Stamping die components factory | Punches, die inserts and tooling components | [To be confirmed] | [To be confirmed] |
| Injection mold components factory | Cores, cavity inserts, sliders and lifters | [To be confirmed] | [To be confirmed] |
Factory relationships and addresses are confirmed in your quotation documents.
CNC Machining Factory
For machined assembly components, begin with geometry, material, quantity and the interfaces that must fit. Provide the part drawing and identify the critical features so the manufacturing team can review setup, process sequence and inspection needs.
Stamping Die Components Factory
For a punch, die insert or related tooling component, explain its working function and mating conditions. Material, hardness, cutting or forming features and the replacement context belong in the review together; a dimension list alone may not describe the whole requirement.
Injection Mold Components Factory
For a core, cavity insert, slider or lifter, identify the forming surfaces, fitting interfaces and functional features. Include cooling, sealing, surface finish or movement requirements when they apply. The component must be reviewed within its mold context, not only as an isolated shape.
Confirm Every Operation
Ask which operations are performed at the selected factory and which, if any, involve an external provider.
Heat treatment, coating, testing or other specialist work should be identified in the project scope when relevant.
The final manufacturing route must reflect the actual arrangements for your order.
| Operation | Responsible site or provider | Required record |
|---|---|---|
| CNC milling | [To be confirmed] | [To be confirmed] |
| CNC turning | [To be confirmed] | [To be confirmed] |
| EDM and wire EDM | [To be confirmed] | [To be confirmed] |
| Precision grinding | [To be confirmed] | [To be confirmed] |
| Heat treatment | [To be confirmed] | [To be confirmed] |
| Surface treatment and coating | [To be confirmed] | [To be confirmed] |
| Final inspection | [To be confirmed] | [To be confirmed] |
The route for your order is confirmed during the quotation review.
Review the Relevant Site
A useful site review follows the route your part would take. Ask to see the applicable production area, workholding approach, inspection method and handling arrangements. Footage from an unrelated department should not stand in for the capability your part requires.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the three factories in Shenzhen?
The headquarters is in Shenzhen. Factory addresses should be confirmed from the specific site information supplied for your review; do not infer location from the headquarters address.
Can one order involve more than one factory?
A mixed component list may require more than one specialty. Confirm the allocation, inspection responsibility and delivery coordination for each item before ordering.
How should I evaluate the factory for my part?
Review the relevant process, part envelope, material condition and inspection method. A total machine count is less useful than evidence tied to your component.
Can I arrange a visit?
Request the relevant site and review objectives through the project contact. Scheduling, access and photography permission must be agreed before a visit.
How are factory changes handled?
Ask that any proposed site or process-route change affecting the agreed requirements be reviewed before implementation. Record the decision with the applicable order or revision.
Are all facilities owned by the same entity?
Check the legal relationship in the company documentation provided for your project. A manufacturing network description does not by itself establish ownership.
Are surface treatments carried out in-house?
That depends on the actual process route. Ask which operations are internal and which involve an external provider, together with the applicable acceptance records.
Can a factory video prove the quoted tolerance?
No. A video can show an operation or environment. Evidence of a specific tolerance requires the relevant measurement method and results for the stated conditions.
Will inspection responsibilities be the same across sites?
They must be established for the particular order. Request the agreed release checks and records rather than assuming that every facility follows an identical workflow.
What evidence should I request before approval?
Request the evidence relevant to your risk: process availability, inspection capability, material documentation and a suitable project example. Requirements vary by component.
Discuss Your Requirements
Share your part type, current drawing revision and the question you need to resolve. Include the quantity and delivery destination when a quotation is required.
